Responsibilities
You will work on projects to evolve Pareto’s brand and will be responsible for developments across various channels, including creating graphic pieces for ads and posts, developing presentation templates, editing pages and websites, video editing with animations, among other digital projects.
Prerequisites
- Studying or graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar fields
- Experience with Figma and/or similar tools

Paid Media and Performance | Internship, Junior and Analyst Level
We are looking for someone who wants to lead the paid media and performance area, transforming Brazil through AI. This position is for people with initiative, responsibility, a thirst for knowledge, and results.
You will collaborate directly with the head of marketing to expand our technology and marketing offices, Pareto Plus, and our AI, Tess AI. You will be responsible for acquiring users and clients for Pareto, both nationally and internationally, working across the entire spectrum of paid media and performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Landing Pages, CRO, Data, Analytics, etc.)

Responsibilities
As a Paid Media and Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing user and client acquisition projects. You will take full management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), Conversion Rate Optimization (Landing Page, A/B Testing, Forms, etc.), result measurement, and growth hacks.
We expect you to have initiative and a thirst for results to plan, execute, measure, and optimize each project, always seeking to make a significant impact on Pareto’s national and international expansion.
We also expect you to be always learning, to adapt quickly to technological changes and to undertake new growth projects.
Prerequisites
- Experience in digital marketing (Instagram, videos, CRO, SEO, CRM, Inbound, Ads…);
- Excellent logical reasoning and data analysis skills;
- Advanced English.
Differentials
- Experience in Paid Media (especially Google Ads and Meta Ads);
- Experience in B2B marketing and/or technology sector;
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Typeform, WordPress, and BigQuery;
- Experience with prompt engineering and use of AI platforms;
- Experience in measurement and A/B testing (Google Analytics, VWO);
- Writing and editing skills.
