Our Sales Executives are entitled to commissions above the market average, as well as the possibility of long-term alignment with the success of their Pareto Plus offices.
Program Details
Throughout the 3-month Sales Academy, you will master Generative AI technologies applied to sales, enhancing your prospecting, lead qualification, and closing techniques.
You will initially receive 1 month of free AI training before being allocated to one of our Offices. If approved, you will be introduced to one of the Pareto Plus Office leaders and may be hired.
Upon completing the program, you will be ready to lead the sales area of a Pareto Plus office, where you will apply your new skills in a state-of-the-art environment.

Application Process
1. Program Application
In this step, you will: (i) watch our explanatory videos, (ii) choose which program you want to apply for, and (iii) make the payment for the registration fee.
2. AI Lab Fundamentals
In this step, you will: (i) consume all the content of our AI Lab Fundamentals training (within 15 days), (ii) receive access to the AI Lab Pass, your study material for the training track, and (iii) subscribe to Tess AI to start working on the platform. After completing the AI Lab Fundamentals, you will proceed with the process.
3. Profile Test
In this step, you will: (i) fill out a profile questionnaire so we can get to know you better and may be invited for (ii) an interview with our People team.
4. Technical Interview
In this step, you will: (i) participate in an interview with the executives responsible for the Pareto Plus Academy and, if approved, (ii) receive the proposal for admission to the Program.
